Information
- Sorry we do not accept pets in our cottages
- All of our cottages are designated Smoke & Vape Free
- To reserve a cottage, a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Week period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter Midweek/weekends only available in Low Season
- The above prices are for one family – 2 adults and minor children or 4 adults with the exception of the 4 bedroom, which includes 4 adults and minor children and the 1 bedroom which includes 2 adults and 2 minor children (under 12).
- Each additional person is $8.00 per day, $15.00 per night or $75.00 per week, subject to a maximum number of people for each cottage and must be approved prior to arrival.
- Weekend or midweek bookings are available only in May, June, September and October and must be for a minimum of 3 nights.
Seasonal Trailer Rates for 2024
(Season from May 10th to October 15th)
- Sites – Base rate $3,750. (2 adults plus minor unmarried children)
- Sites – Waterfront – $5400., Waterview – $4500.
- Sites are individually metered for hydro and billed once per season. ($200. hydro deposit required)
- Visitors – (Over 6 years of age) $8 per day, $15. per night, seniors over 65 are free.
- Dock – $625.
- Pull – Up spaces for fishing boats: $175.
- Canoe rack: $75.
- Assessed trailers (12/14 wide trailers & any trailer with a sunroom) are subject to an additional charge for property taxes.
- All prices are subject to HST.
Overnight RV Site Rates for 2024
- Low Season (May, June, September & October) $60. per night +HST
- High Season (July & August) $65. per night +HST
- Additional adults are $12 plus HST per night.
- Day visitors (Over 6 years of age) are $8 per day, $15 per night.
- $360.00 plus HST per week (7 night booking).
- Minimum 2 nights on a weekend/ 3 nights on a long weekend.
- No weekly discount applies if you check in or checkout on Saturday or Sunday on long weekends.
- Boat dock rental is $20 per day or $120 per week
- Long weekends (3 nights minimum) – $240. plus HST Low Season, $260. plus HST High Season.

Fishing Boat Rental for 2024
- 14 Ft aluminum boat with 15 hp motor
- Life Jackets are included with all fishing boat rentals
- Rates are $100. per day / $500. per week
- plus gas and HST
